Hello everyone..

Other things have been keeping me from making much progress, but you
may recall that i have/had a serious rust issue with my battery box
('81 S Euro):

Now i'm looking for a 'new' one. I would like the whole box, in decent
condition (surface rust OK, i intend to either powder-coat or POR-15)
out of an UNSALVAGEABLE car.

Please, please do NOT cut the box out of any car that had any hope at
all of ressurection.... but for one that's really gone, i hope to get
the WHOLE box, plus an inch or two of sheet-metal around it, where it
was welded in.

Don't try to cut the spot-welds, these things are amazingly
well-attached... it will be a lot easier to use a nibbler or cutoff
wheel to just cut the whole box out from above, and i would prefer as
un-molested a box as possible.

Please post back, email or PM me if you have or can supply this sort
of thing.... I am in zip 20607 (southern MD), and would be willing to
come over and do the cutting/removal myself (or help) if you'd
allow/prefer and are reasonably close.
