cheap race seats!!!!

lol well not exactly off the shelf. but i'm gonna transforme my old 914 seats that weight like 10lbs in race seats for my 928. i think i'll save close to 60lbs

I stuck el-cheapo 924 seats in my car. Fully manual. Not sure of the weight savings but they mount perfectly to the rails.

SHould be fine - so long as you're drag racing. IIRC - Not a whole lot of lateral support on thise puppies!

i seen them convert with the side guards to hold you snug. they strip it down and they frame in the side parts and recover the whole seat looks like a aftermarket one
