Got mine done last night in time for the show and shine today. I must admit that I had been to this event 2 previous times without a lot of interest in my car....but with the window sticker in place I had loads of people looking and reading and talking about it. I really don't think most people know much about a 928....Thanks Andrew for the window sticker program...very cool.

Dean,
Nice looking car. Nice woodsy neighborhood as well.
How do your Sharks handle that driveway in the snow (or are they in hibernation)?

If its snows I don't go! Scary stuff...it's worse than it looks. If I know its going to snow I park on the street...This is my DD.
Thanks for the complement. I love my 928.

Thanks Andrew! Since I don't have the window sticker, I'm anxious to reproduce one. I'll start with your PPT and review the other window stickers posted here.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but where can I find the prices for the options? I guess I could find more '91 stickers and get them all eventually.
I have all my options, and have ordered the Cert. of Authenticity, but I'm concerned about it's accuracy. They called me today to tell me my Certificate of Authenticity for my "1991 928 GTS Coupe" is being shipped today. ....... As you may guess, I had to call them back and insist that they confirm this. To my knowledge, they didn't make any GTS Coupes in 1991(?). She said she would make an inquiry to have them reinvestigate and reconfirm the model.
Thanks for a great thread.
Andrew -- I have several dot matrix fonts, so if I find something that looks more authentic, I'll share.

This is very cool. I just discovered this thread. Nothing posted fro 84s yet, so I need to research to figure out option costs, etc.
Also,if you want it to look period correct, remember area codes have changed a lot in the past 30 years. I remember in the 80s FL only had 3 area codes.

Thank you too Andrew - I rather like your inclusion of the comparison to a "mini-compact" below the highway fuel standards. I had to go back and look at the stickers off my Sonata to see if that was real (it is).

Anyone tried using this file in Office 2007? I installed the basic dots font but it won't open saying "no text converter is installed for this file type". Looks like the file was built in PPT 97-2003 format?

Can someone PM me one of those documents so I can mess with it too?
Thanks.
Thanks.
