It's strange how many of these 928's that end up on Ebay are from non-listers. Maybe they don't realize the whole 928 community is constantly watching the crazy **** they are coming up with. I would have to say that is the case.

I started thinking that with your recent affliction with "wheel-itis" it had to be something in that area - then I spoted the crown of the spokes, fronts look like they're probably wider. Much harder to spot than the dish wheels - but it still cracks me up when I see it.

What are the "performance mods" (besides exhaust and S4 brakes)? I don't see anything that adds up to $20K in upgrades.

The wheels look normal to me. The front center sticks out farther than the rear center in comparison to the rim

Listing it as a book doesn't impress me much.

"Listed in category: eBay Motors > Parts & Accessories > Manuals & Literature > Car & Truck > Porsche"

I guess a picture of the engine compartment was out of the question?

Speaking of being on crack and/or overpriced, check this Nimrod out!

I may just watch it and if it sells, then see if the buyer needs another!

And none of you mind that there is no vin??
I thought ebay would not list a car w/o a vin; Is that why it is under book?

Oh, I don't know about that. This is the very rare 5.7 liter model with the beautiful white seat, maroon interior contrast.

People sometimes list their cars in other sections because they're too cheap to pay the ebay listing fee for cars (which is getting pricey).

that $9K stereo looks kinda over priced - he just slapped a big bazooka tube in the rear... maybe it cost $9k to sort out all the wiring problems caused by the install?? hehehe....

when I bought my old gal many years ago - the dealer told me it had "the big engine"... although he didn't know what that was... turned out to be a "really rare" - 85S 5.0L, AT... guess compared to a honda accord it could be called rare... caviat emptor....
