Default Clutch noises

My clutch makes the typical bad bearing noises. I have bled the system repeatedly, replaced the release arm pivot bushing and replaced the chassis to engine soft line. Before those changes, the noise was very loud and rattling, and would go away with a short push of the pedal. Now the noise is very smooth and not as loud, but only goes away when the pedal is very close to the floor. With the car on jack stands I shifted a few times. Shifting has improved remarkably.

Due to the MSDS headers, I cannot remove the lower bell housing without removing the headers. I'd like to try anything possible to fix it without having to take everything apart.

Does this seem more like a pilot bearing or throwout bearing? I've read that dual disk clutches are a pain to adjust (as noted in Fabio's new thread). Could this be just an adjustment issue causing the 'fingers' on the clutch to rattle?
