Saturday is at 928 International our warehouse location in Anaheim California , hotel is nearby. Orange county airport is closest ,Long Beach and LAX are 30-45-60 minutes depending on traffic. As always we will be having a FREE catered lunch for everyone on Saturday. Anaheim is 20 miles from the ocean, Newport beach and maybe 30 miles South and East of downtown L A. The Party starts Friday afternoon / evening with a welcoming reception at the hotel ( read BAR ) continues until ?? Saturday morning everyone needs to bring their 928 for the world record attempt last year volunteers were here at 7:30 to help set up and direct traffic.

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I'd like to suggest you have it catered by someone different this year.

Jim, for the record attempt, it would be nice to find a place where all the cars could be seen at one time. When they surround the 928 Intl. building, only about half can be seen at once.

Randy! You can't get tired of that great bar-b-que!

Step up and take over the beverage service. I've seen your mobile stash. You just need to get bigger bottles and more glasses.

Just to see how the bar is set (so to speak...), Marc & Susan and program manager Jim figured out a way to have Bud in the coolers after lunch. I know I know, there's nobody here who'd enjoy an afternoon brewski, so why'd I even bring it up?

Might have to stuff a cooler myself. I'm still not allowed more than two beers, ever since that episode with the cheerleaders and the donkey painted to look like a zebra... Others may have different rules, though.

Well, maybe it was just me, but the brisket was grissly and fatty, and the chicken tasted like it was boiled and then just slathered with BBQ sauce. The beans and cole slaw were OK, though!

I kinda thought so too.... BUT.... I have to say, they're damn good vittles for the price...
