I made my own set up collecting ideas from just about everyone on here i think. Search and ask questions.

I made a seperator for the oil filler area. This keeps oil whipped up from the crank getting out. A series of baffles then at the top a pot scrubber, then another baffle before leading to a 1" tube out toward the front of the engine. From there it goes to the passenger side cam cover. I added a stock seperator to the front postion on the cam cover also, so there is 2 now.. From there it heads out in a 1" line to my seperator...1/4 line drops down to the door area (i have the part made to send it to the pan if i want) the remaining 1" line heads to the driver side exhaust stream using a oneway checkvalve and a venturi device to help draw out the fumes into the exhaust stream.

I dont have a catch can, my drain line vents to a point just below my driver side door. I did this so i could see when oil would be accumulating and draining. In 3500 miles havent seen a puddle yet.
It vents to the atmosphere via the exhaust. It will fail emisions if the smog sensor is placed in the "wrong" tailpipe All i have to do is un hook the hose underneath and it passes.

So far so good as far as i know?

pics on the way.

top...the spark for my set up, Louie Otts little design
2 and 3 my approach.
4 front seperator added to cam cover..it has to be modified slightly to fit
5 and 6...the final seperator built from a similar aircraft device
7 the checkvalve and venturi that sticks into the exhasut
8..sums up the idea.

WHOA! Tony that is quite the design. I will remember this if my stock ever gets high enough I can blow the cash on an SC setup.
