I took the Multimeter (and went out and bought some aligator clamps and wire today) and hooked it to the connections on the Fuel Pump. No Voltage. Turn the key to 'Run'...no voltage. Turn the ignition over, it gets a reading of 100 +/- Millivolts (no-where near the normal 12 volts). Put key back to run..no voltage.
Jumper Fuel Pump relay...no voltage (#30 to #87).
Jumper EFI relay (# XVI)...no voltage (#30 to #87 X 2).
No start with either jumpers.
All fuses seem OK...
However, see the post above--there might be a Fuse/Relay board issue.
Now, I guess I need to troubleshoot the Fuel Pump (the only other thing I can think of is not a good connection for the multimeter--however, I tried 2 different times with the aligator clamps firmly on metal parts..and the Multimeter does read OK on a battery).
Any recommendaions? I can check continuity with my Multi-meter...if I know where to plug the end near the engine, I can run a wire/s from the fuel pump to the other end of the multimeter--just need to know where to look for the fuel pump wires going into the wiring harness.
Thanks!!

How is jumping at the battery more dangerous than jumping at the forward post? I've not thought there was any harm in jumping from either as long as you didn't apply one of those 50 amp quick start charges. But being that I can't tell a single filament from a dual filament bulb, I'm ready to be (re)educated.

Folks...........the owners manual for my model year indicates both the battery and the positive post under the hood are both acceptable points for 'emergency starting' the car with a 'dead' battery.
YMMV

The fuel pump has no power because the AFM relay isn't sending it any! Did you jumper the # 30 and # 87(s) and try to start? It is simple to do and takes about 2 minutes. I will wager a 6-pack of Amstel that if you try this, the car will start.

The "hot" 30 comes begins at the "+" terminal of the battery, there are separate circuits for the L-Jet power. So go to the back and make sure that all the cables are clean and attached. In otherwords, even if the "main" battery connection is good, if the smaller leads that connect to the "+" cable aren't attached the car will not run.

Ok, will do tomorrow--Now, the car turns over fine--no problems, just won't catch.
Is there any way to (easily) know if fuel starts to get to the front of the car?
Thanks!

Also, try connecting the black wire of your mutimeter to ground (touch it to some unpainted body of frame metal) instead of the fuel pump connection. You may just have a bad ground for your pump.
Thanks!!

Jack,
You ever hear of "Alcoholic-Gamblers Anonymous?"![ducking](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/icon107.gif)
AFARR-
Maybe your jump box need charging? Also, those things will show a charge, but after jumping 20-30 times those things need to be replaced. I'd say start with a known good battery, then work from there. Make sure you have fuel and spark. After that, it gets harder.
