Alright, now that we have the car pics, how 'bout some engine pics and descriptions for the guys who don't know what each year engine looks like.
1) '87 S4 Vin ending in 0281 Tourist Import
2) '87 S4 Vin ending in 1446 During TB/WP job.

From left to right:- '83 Euro S rebuild at factory around '87
- '87 S4 with oil squirters
- '90 S4 with three aluminium sleeves and one steel sleeve
- '92 GTS
'90 and '92 have some serious issues.
Smaller block just visible at left is '87 951 with few holes on the sides even though it looks good from above.
