Being in AZ - Cracked windshields are a damn a dozen.

Motorists cannot be responsible for "natural" debris on the road. Anything kicked up from another vehicle is purely - at your own risk.

On the Other Hand - The rigs that transport loose material are responsible to cover their load - Too Bad that law isnt enforced (at least not that I am aware of)

I used Safelite to replace my windshield about a year ago. No problems so far. You don't realize how back the old one is nicked up until you get some new glass in there. Big difference.
