Carl-
You haven't seen Tim's "SUPERCHARGED" lettering? It was really nice! I think he had a spare set and gave it to Tom Falekberg. Next time you talk to Tim ask him about it. I thought it looked great! No offense, but the one you put up there looks like it belongs on a Dodge Omni. Just doesn't fit.

But an unlikely choice for an owner of a SuperModel kit, a FAST kit, a 928 Motorsports kit, or an Albrex kit.

I was trying to find somthing that they all could use, and somthing subtle.

I got a set as well, although i think they are trapped in my fwd'd mail to Minnesota right now. Silver and should blend in nicely with the silver on my car. They will go on the front fender below the front rub strip on the side..pretty much where a euro side marker would go.

No offense either carl, but the font or the style just doesnt look right where ever you put it.

The MURPH badge does not say "MURPH" or anything, right?
It just says "Supercharged" in a nice font...

I still think the computer-cut vinyl, to match the rear stickers is a good option as well...
If you want the utmost in stealth...

And I think as a vendor, you would want to hear if people are really loving the products you make, or if you are barking up the wrong tree. There are some products you make, that everyone raves about, and thinks are awesome. Especially on the mechanical side. New clutches, pressure plates, sway bars, we are all behind 100%. But I think it's pretty clear from your fender flares, and your emblem here, that your concept of aesthetics, and the aesthetic eyes of most other porsche nuts are not on the same wavelength. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's good to know what people like, and don't like, if you intend on selling stuff to them...

sublimate - no problem, I over-reacted when I saw a picture of mine modified by somebody else.

Its ok - its not for everybody. Its not like a made it or even designed it for that matter.

I have seen a lot of talk on the forum about SC tags, but nobody ever had any they could ship... when I saw these Buick Riviera tags I thought I could fill some of that void.

Good News: they are small, subtle, proferssionally manufactured (by GM) and
the BUick Riviera is a top-end car in their line - it is no POS itself.

Bad News: it is not in the Porscha font and it is chromed. Not a lot of chrome on a 928 except the stainless trim around the rear hatch and sail windows (and a lot of us have that painted black)

Being chrome, I think they may be super-sexy on a black paint job, but I do not have one here to show them on. Mine are silver, white, and gold.

You can paint the chrome any color you want to match/contrast your paint(fully subdued would be really cool for the sleeper types).

As i said i just got my cousin one of the riviera emblems for his SC'd miata, it looks really sharp on his rear decklid.

For our cars a vinyl 'supercharged' decal in the same font as the PORSCHE lettering on the back would look best i think.
