Every time, but it's a habit I've gotten into with any car I drive - started when my cars used to be manual shifters.
Using the e-brake regularly does help to keep the system in good working order, though.

I use it all the time in my 928.
-If I park my automatic tranny minivan on the street [parallel parked], I usually park it in neutral and just set the parking brake. Since some people "park by feel"...this keeps the park-lock pin from being destroyed.

Pulling that lever is an ingrain habit for me. My auto 82's park brake was shot from day one, but I still set it out of habit.

I'm glad you said it. Remove the cover and you will see the adjusting threads and nut. It's a no brainer from there.
