Yes, but it is my understanding that only the later models had the hubs that locked from the
inside of the car; these you would have to get out and lock them in by hand.

It has the brakes and suspension that make it desireable. If he were asking a reasonable price it might make a nice track car with a hot small block chevy under the hood.
