Direct-lift if not a manufacture, but a Distributor!
LOL, we might be able to get the same lift made by the same people, but maybe cheaper by going through a third person if he has inventory he wants to unload.
Lets check it out!
Direct-Lift, and it's unique marketing approach, are making Big Waves in the Auto Industry. Thanks to Ken Thompson, Direct's founder, lift buyers now have the opportunity to buy the most popular Lift styles at Direct pricing from the most respected local Distribution in the country.

I one day want to have a four post 2 car stacker type of lift, but for now just getting a "poor mans" mid rise scissor lift like Brad & Marks is a lot of $$ for me with all the other items on my "gotta have" & "want to have" lists! Are you speaking of interest in a group buy on the mid rise scissor lift or four post car stacker Curtis??

I could buy a 4 post, but after checking my ceiling height (8' 4.5''), I could not optimize the benefits of it. So I think I will do a mid rise for now and than later buy a 4 post. Than I will have the best of both worlds, one for simple wheel and brake work (mid-rise) and one for everything else (4-post).
Group buy on a Mid-Rise? We could give it a shot!
One other major plus to both types! Portability!

Yes I would have to have portability on both as well. I like the idea of having both one day too. Storage capacity of having two cars occupy the same floor space in the garage & the ability to use the mid rise scissor jack in the driveway for less involved jobs without disturbing the four post setup if in use. I can dream cant I?? Gotta start with a mid rise though & I want the cost of the ones found above & the contact info on the one Mark & Brad have!

Took me some time but I found Harbor Freight's lift page!
They must be in the process of changing their site and have not added these products yet.

Some lifts sold by Harbor Freight are made by Bend-Pak (USA, Ca.).

Yeah, I found that one, as I posted earlier, the one on that site is 220volt & cost is $959(without shipping I think) & Brad says he got his for $930 delivered & his is 110 volt. Thats the one I was hoping to see the info on? I sent a message to both Brad & Mark hoping they can hook me up with a web link and/or phone # for that one.

I think the HF mid-rise that says 220 is 110/220. The new owner can confirm.
BTW, if you ever decide to get a 4 poster like the Direct Lift distributes, I got it with all the accessories thrown in for $1895 from Greg Smith.

Thats a good price Bill, thanks for the link. I saw one on Ebay with lots of the extras thrown in for $1995 I think. I see Greg Smith has a mid rise scissor lift similar to the others here for $1295 too.
