Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! You guys are great!

This car is a project car, the interior condition is pretty sad (cracked dash, ripped driver's seat, and discolored carpets) but the engine and 5 speed tranny feels strong. I acquired this particular car for the purpose of turning it into a track car so the interior conditions didn't bothered me. It actually worked towards my advantage of negotiating for a very attractive price. Here are some codes I got off of the car: Paint/Interior code is L37B LH (Baltic Blue Metallic), and option codes are C03, 158, 220, 418, 481, 570, 650, 900. Again, thanks for the warm welcome and you'll be hearing from me soon when I begin fixing her up.

PS. I'll post more pics after I clean her up a bit.

Great ,who are you planning to run with ? POC ,PCA , ?? There is a POC Streets of Willow Event a week from tomorrow Feel free to stop by here there is often something interesting to see. Ron G here runs a "stock" stripped down 89 GT. Anderson and Fan's cars are both here.

Hi Jim,

Currently I'm running with TCRA but am thinking of running with POC next year. It was after seeing Anderson's and Fan's car at Tribute to LeMans in Fontana that inspired me to look into the 928. If I have time next week, I'll come by to watch the sharks in action.

Mark and Joseph do not run the Streets Track but the old very brown 1980 and one or two other street 928s will probably be there. You need to spend a LOT of time with the POC rule books or you may quickly find that your in the same race class as Mark and Joseph !
