There is an accelerometer mounted on the body under the driver's seat. So if your car is truely shaking, then the PSD warning is just the PSD controller erroneously detecting a lateral forces, which normally are created by making sharp turns. The dash light comes on when the controller engages the differential lock.

We need more info about the shaking. Is the shaking from clutch chatter?

And you are sure your car is not shaking for the same reason as this one?

Nicole: THANK YOU! You may have hijacked this thread. But I think tek had been put on the trail, so we should forgive you.

That was great. Did I laugh so hard, b/c I feel guilty and my wife knows the shark does compete for my attention??

Tek: I thought execs could spell? Inappropriate is one word. So you not only don't like Nicole's post you now dis the rest of us??? You have 3 posts, Nicole has 6K. That was an unusual post from her, but I think given some time, you will see that you get help here and not every single post will immediately solve the problem.

Suggest you follow the error message and consult WSM.

Lastly, some people search the archives before asking a question.

I quote Wally(?) (someone else you may come to respect) freely, the advice is free, we will gladly refund every cent if you are not happy with it.
