Windscreen took a hit yesterday!
I was up running around Seattle yesterday and from this run way truck comes this huge boulder and as you can see it landed right on my windshield. Ouch!
Now I just got to sweet talk Heinrich out of one of his spares.

Lucky you have the still available green glass. I just had my bronze tint window repaired to help it last longer. No more factory Bronze windows. I think missed out on the Ebay ones.

It could have been worse, I mean can you imagine the size of a paint chip that would have made. Probably would have left a dent as well. At least the window in replaceable.

Shane,
I agree.
Virtually, all of my windshield micro-chips are preceded by a hood, or, fender 'tick'
with accompanied chip in the paint. BTW ... More HP? You ****!
Normy,
Army Aviation - primarily rotor-wing - refers to the frontal glass as windshield.
Parts manuals also list them as windshields. Lower glass as chin-bubbles and overheads as Greenhouses irregardless of color.
Could be due to a cultural difference -fixed wing vs rotor wing- in nomenclature.
John K,
There is a factory Bronze windshield in my bedroom!
My wife is not very understanding about my storage site, but hey.... who else should be worried about our bedroom decor? Don't answer that!
I got the glass and a ton of other parts off of Snowball when I bought his gorgeous White 81'
aka Snowy for Zack last March.
He unloaded so many parts on me -very reasonable- If I'd of had a bad wreck on the way home
from Wyoming they would have thought there was another car involved.
I agree.

If we aren't messing around with S/C's, turbos, or strokers, we are putting on the latest gofastgadget from Louie Ott.
Tom thanks for the link.
