I am running 275 x 35 x 18 in the back, on Cup 2 wheels with a 47 offset. I think I can get 285's in the well. My car, (like others) has less clearance on one well than the other. On the passenger side I can get 1 and a half fingers between the tire and upper inner edge of the well, on the drivers side I have slightly less than a finger width left. This is with the 275's.
The 315's were not purchased for the shark, though there are some guys running them with an 11" rim.

Gretch what size are your front wheels? And what size tire did you mount on them? I picked up a set of Cup 2 in 18" from Andy that are going to need tires.

I kept the 17 inch Cup 2 wheels on the nose. I run a 225 x 45 on them.
I have a set of Cup 2 18" x 8.5 rims, but the offset is only 52. They fit and don't rub, but I get a lot of bump steer with them on the car. They have track tires on them, and perhaps it is the tire that causes the bump steer, but I don't think so. I am going to try them on the back of my C4.
I went with the 18 x 10 wheel to get more rubber.....it doesn't seem to matter though....still smoke the sneakers through secong gear. I do like the look though.

Hey, good on ya!!!
As you may know, I found the install to be a lot of fun. Easy to follow, complete, full color instruction manual, no permanently destructive procedures, a true "bolt on". Had her out last weekend for new front sneakers. She is still friggin' scarey fast.....and unless you race me or open the hood, you would not know she is wearing iron lungs....Be nice if we got some dry weather for a change......so far May has been wet 15 out of 24 days.
