Default Kinesis race/street wheels for sale (used, but almost perfect)

Im selling my Kinesis 5 spoke K-12 wheels. I have ONLY used them for races where hoosiers were allowed to run, so, even though they are a couple of years old, they have not got too many miles on them. in fact, they look almost perfect. no bends, dings or major scratches. still street quality, but not show quality.

They are the perfect offset for the 928 for no rolling of the fenders.

offsets are 73mm front and 63mm rear with 9.5 front and 11" widths.

perfect for a stock 928 that wants to use 255 and 275/85s tires, or go to 275 front and 315 rear.

Im selling them with 1/2 used hoosiers ready to go racing or DE. probably a few weekends left on the tires. (275x40x17 front and 315x35x17 rear S03s)

Ill probably need $2000 for the set with tires. ( I think new, they are going for close to $800 per rim.)

Ill try and find a picture

Mark

Talking

sorry......

by the way, the reason im selling is to standardize on 18s and go for the 10" up front so i can use a 305 occasionally! (mainly, im out of 17" race rubber)

generally, the 17"s were used as commuter tires and first practice runs for race weekends. All speedGT races used the 18s so i never even brought them to those races, and recently, with the RA1s working so well, ive just been using the 18s with RA1s for the commutes , qualifying and some races.

Define 'almost perfect'. Your definition is most assuredly different from what other's may be.

I suggest you post some detailed pics so the buyer is not disappointed.

so, perfectly round, no dings scratches. always wiped down on the inside, but dulled just from normal wear. generally always inside, never seen rain

since the centers are that brushed aluminum finish, there are no inperfections, just needs some light cleaning to be like new. outer rim is polished and is very shinney when i polish it.

I know a picture is worth a thousand words, so ill take some close ups tomorrow.

Just trying to see if there is someone interested i this style

Mark,
I can't find any reference to the Kinesis K12 anywhere. Is there another designation?

Mark,

You base your wheel choices on dumpster-diving tire availability?????
