I found a way to get information on ALL the GTSs imported to North America and if my information is correct, there are more low mileage examples left out there nobody knows about then you might think. Over the next couple months, I'll be updating my site with the information and looking for ways to get more about these cars. More to follow.......

Amen! I'm glad to see them too. They are a pretty sight! I think it's great that they are out there and in the shape they're in. They deserve more exposure...even if they're not in my driveway.

Chuck - it appears you now have at least the entry for every GTS even if you don't have any additional info, correct?

There are people who for what ever reason could not or would not pay the $100,000 for a new GTS in 1993-4-5 But whose circumstances have changed ....the IPO went well, the Movie script got bought, they won a lottery, the divorce is final ....... 40-50-60 K just may not mean very much to some people if they can get what they want. Fortune 500 CEOs as I recall pull down a couple million per year on average. There are people with more money than time ,just a fact of life. I seem to not have a lot of time......or money !

That is correct. It will take some time for me to sort through all the info and add it to the site. Perhaps after the wedding this summer?

So if I'm reading it right, there were a total of 193 in '93 (90 early, 103 late), 140 in '94, and 77 in '95 - a combined total of 410.

Given that number it's kind of surprising how many seem to be for sale at any given time!

I for one would like to know the exact number of GTS that were built. Way too much discussion on this for one, and Porsche being what it is, doesn't want to or can't give us the production figures.
I guess my 93 isn't as rare as I thought.....DAMN!

Actually, there are only 192 93 GTS's. I don't have Joe Dyer's VIN and it is one of the 192 that I have listed.

Jason, even with 192 1993 models produced over two years, you still have an extremely rare car. The big three probably build that many of one model in one hour of one day.
