When the cars were new the dash badge didn't actually come on the dash. It came later in the mail with two 8x10's of the car, interior/exterior. And a certificate stating the number your car was out of the total produced. Personally I wouldn't stick that badge on the beautiful all leather dash those cars had. Anyone here besides me ever wonder how an S4 would look in the Weissach colors?

Yes, That is actually my Father's old Weissach, It was donated to a local non profit. It never had the badge on the dash when we bought it, also, it came with aftermarket floor "mats" (carpet).

Hi Trevor,
Was your Father the owner from new?
Is the current milage correct - or what was the milage when he donated it?
Thanks,
Roger

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?

No, I've seen a couple 5-speeds. One of them showed up to a Devek Days once, proudly displaying its special badge and luggage set. Like most other 928s, most of them are probably autos.
