Default New Member Questions

Been going thru past threads and I see references to the BIG THREE. Who are they.

Also, is if feasible to replace the front and rear bumpercovers on older models(ie 78-80) to get a more modern look?

Thanks

And welcome to the shark tank!

Edit: Sorry, my link doesn't take you to the specific page. There is an Admin. thread near the top of this forum: "Before you make your first post...etc."

Check on page two of that thread.

There are a bunch of others who carry specialty stuff like Quick Carl,

Devek, ect.....

The only rear bumper cover available new is the GTS one, anything else you will have to source used. Degree of difficulty I will leave to someone who has tried it.

My recently acquired 928 is a 1979, 70k miles currently in Florida, being shipped up to NY in late April. Petrol Blue, tan interior. Completely stock. It's coming home. I owned it from 1982 thru 1995 and its current owner made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It's going to require a lot of work, but I have the time and a place to work...and this site to help me.

That's a cool story. I'd love to get my old 88 944 Turbo S back!
