electro-locks on a 78 - wiring issues
So I ebayed a few power door lock assemblies for my 78. I hated the idea of vacuum operated door locks, and the car is thuroughly stripped of all electrical, so I may as well put something interesting in.
It has four posts on the lock motor for the doors, and in the WSM is states some pretty loose info on what each does. I assume both doors are connected, and it is a passive system only responding to movement in any direction? Either by the inside manual ****, the outside key, or in the case of my 89, the actual door lock button?
Can anyone shed more light as to whether i need a control unit for this? All I see in the wiring is for the alarm.

I guess I am looking for a 928.618.125.00 as this is the central locking on the middle cars.
