As for the car, awesome! I prefer a stock body for my own car, but I love to se modified cars (as long as the workmanship is 100%).

Did you finally find the Shark you were looking for? (colors, 5spd etc.)
I noticed the first listing of the DP car, and was pretty sure that was your seller id. Looks to be a pretty nice piece.
How severe are the cracks in the body work? And where are they located on the car? Also, it's mentioned it may have mods. What's your .02 on that?

The only thing I like on this is the color matched steering wheel.
It looks like the front spoiler color doesn't match the rest of the body. And those mirrors! BARF! They just don't fit the look... but are probably right for the era.
Don't get me wrong here, I love 928's and most WB928 too, just not this one. Sorry. Hope you get what you're looking for.

He must be getting a lot of flack is why his hackles are up.
It has a troubled history at least on ebay. This is his third back-to-back ad, well some slight delay on the last one, but still curious why so quick. I believe the last time around the bid was over $18K and here it is again. So if you like the car, he ain't letting it go cheap. But there could be another reason.

Well, like I said, this is the place to look for Porsche enthusiasts.
Hopefully someone sees it as an investment as a piece of history,
or perhaps someone will happen to love the looks of the car...

Personally, I love the car. If I had the financial resources, I'd probably be bidding on it. The wide body is well integrated, especially in the rear. I've seen way to many wide bodies that had a dramatic cutoff between the rear quarters, and the rear bumper cover. The only thing I don't really care for, is the interior color. Black or grey would've looked much better on this car. Still, overall, I like it. Good luck with the sale.
