Default Rattle -Rattle

Hi there. My car rattles like a mirraca in park and neutral only. What gives?

I had that happen on my S4 several times and it was the rear clamp pinch bolt on the torque tube coming loose. It's fairly easy to get to by moving the heat shields out of the way and you will need an 8mm or 10 mm allen wrench. For some reason it came loose after about six month over and over again.

Motor mounts as another possibility?

Mike,

Sab is correct. Tighten the rear clamp pinch bolt and use Loctite to keep it from loosning again
