Flappy open when boost?
Does the flappy open when the turbo is building up the boost at 4000 rpm and past?
The vaccum is none at that moment....I guess.
I know that I can look under the rubber hat but I havent installed the turbo yet and trying to get all info first.

You will need vacuum for the flappy to open. The ECU signals the flappy solenoid, based on rpm and load, except that with boost you may get a differnt opening point.
