I listed my 82 on Ebay last night. I've got tons of records and several very nice replacement interior parts for it as well. Near perfect Dash leather, near perfect leather hump and a leather cargo cover (VERY RARE). Its got chrome S4 rims and 90%tires. This was my first 928 and the most dear to my heart I guess you would say, but I need to make room for the GTS coming next week so I'm selling it to the highest bidder.
3 speed automatic, with the "s" package looks. It was a competition package in 82. car runs good, shifts well, not super fast off the line but has long legs for high speed.
Not sure how to post a link to the ebay listing, but its the car in Columbia MO.

I thought the competition package only came on 5-speeds? So it has LSD?

Hacker its got the 40% LSD I had the call Porsche to get all the info.
Car was imported through Havana originally and its a full leather car, but its a US spec engine.
Recaro's, spoilers, dish wheels (which I replaced with S4 rims). Car feels slow compared to all the other ones I've had, but its reliable.

2 suggestions:

1. If eBay cancels your auction it could be because this statement is in there: "I'm also advertising it locally, so reserve the right to remove this auction at any time." your not allowd to say it is advertised anywhere else, you are allowd to say "I reserve the right to remove this auction at any time" ...hopefully the auction will end before they catch it.

2. Add "No Reserve" to your title, it will help get more people to the auction.

next time I would also do the supersize pics option or host your own photos and make them larger...

yea, i leaned the hard way... they killed a 928 auction I had up recently and stated they were cracking down on the "for sale other places" thing...

they don't refund your listing fees either...
