Everything else is quite correct, just the license number is I think maybe my insurance policy number. Traqffic school ... I don't think that is offered in WA state, but anyway what to do is as always get excellent representation and ask: "So Occifer, which is it you're more sure of ... the license number, or the speed?"

The guy is a winner anyway, he scratched over "74" on my buddy's ticket, and made it "70", and made mine and my other friend's tickets "70+".
