I'm always amazed when somebody asks "I bought a 928 that's thousands of miles away. How can I get it home?"
Hmmm ... a 928 ... thousands of miles of highway, many empty ... Talk about a no-brainer!
Have a great drive, Bill.

I have to be in Rockingham NC mid March. If you need a co-driver. Just drop me off at an airport along the way...
The best bonding experience you'll ever have with the car is the initial drive home. Longer first trip home = better bonding. Don't miss the opportunity!

Thanks Dr. Bob - appreciate the offer Actually, I just called Susan yesterday to get it road-ready...for what the shipping cost will be, i can get all the little stuff fixed up and just drive it. I am booked to the end of the month, but will need some serious R&R by then. Hannah and I are going to fly out and take a few days off and drive somewhat leisurely across the country - I think I-40 should be good for some high-speed cruising Caravan anyone?
