I believe it comes with both 50 and 100 shot.

I hear that. 50 hp isnt worth putting the system on there! Definitely go for the 100hp. thats only 12.5 per cylinder and even that is nothing. Also $500 is a KILLER price for that system considering it is already fitted for the car and includes everything. Really $500 is a joke. And you coulod always goup in power by changing pills or even nozzles for even more power. Get a load of a non fitted system 8 cyl. price here: :Nitros Express

One of these guys even came out with a ONE SINGLE DUAL STAGE FOGGER. capable of 450hp worth of flow. So there is more than we can handle out there.

So if your looking for a system $500 is a drop in the bucket

System is sold! I'm off to Vegas (not to see Tony in drag... ) When I get back and have the goods, I'll definately be asking here for tips and what not on installation as I've never even remotely done this.

Lifted from the wide body article thread..."Nitrous is really throttle in a bottle. At first wet NOS nitrous system was installed. It was simple 1 fogger jet system controlled by UNICHIP. Lathing gas was real power booster! Adding ~200 HP of nitrous gave turbocharger effect! 5 liter atmospheric engine accelerated 1500 kilos of pure metal from 0 to 200 km/h in less then 14 seconds!

What about other mods? No other mods were made … stock engine parts were holding almost 550 HP and over 650 Nm of torque.

Single nitrous fogger for 8 cylinder engine was not so good idea, because of equal nitrous distribution to all cylinders. After several backfires and nitrous explosions in the intake hoses two air flow meters were blown. Final decision was 8 fogger direct port nitrous system. PRO RACE fogger from NOS is able to add over 600 HP. This is very serious system including 20 lb bottle for longer runs.

How much power can handle stock engine? I don't think that adding more then +250 HP won't hurt the engine, but better gas distribution will do the right job. " While the translation reads a bit odd it does relate one man's experience with Nitrous....

The system does have 100hp shot nosiles. ive listed them in a little plastic bag with the different parts to change the hp shot settings.

Robbie,

I am currently running NOS on my 87 S4 with no problems. I am running a 125 shot with a 10 lb. bottle, wet system.
I cant really help you much on the install on your 85 as I have never had any experience on that year. However if you have any questions I will be glad to try and help.

Good luck, NOS is a blast...

my old system had the custom nosil mount for the '84 US 928s. (i guess 82 to 84) any other year, may be an issue. (unless its euro 84-85) Not that it wont work, just all the work making the custom mount will not be used.
make sure that mount is saved if it is not used, as someone will be very happy if they do NOS on a Ljectronic system

sounds yummy... are there any issues w/using multiple bottles in a bank (ie 4 5lb bottles instead of just a 20lb monster).. thinking it would be easier to hide 20lbs that way under a low false cargo deck, head to head, w/a single line to the front?

somebody mentioned that the bottles would not feed correctly? true? seems to me the pressure would be equal... but then again, I tried to design a piston w/a crayon too... hahaha!
