god ya'll are gonna hate me ... but...
81 euro S, 5spd, needs new seats, has new tb/wp, clutch, throttle housing and other stuff, just finished clutch and appears rear seal blew and puked a couple quarts oil everywhere (I'll know monday)... he's willing to swap me for my 87 944, 1 owner till me, needs tb.wp and some love 117k
straight swap??

If that's the deal, and there's no hidden major issues, you're taking him by $3k+ and 2x the power. The rear main is fairly simple. I did mine in 8 hours...at the track.
