Effective way to remove swirl marks in paint
What is a tried and true method to remove swirl marks in the paint/wax before re-waxing or sealing? Don't want to start a debate on the best wax or products, just the best method. BLACK PAINT. Thanks.

I would try to contact Greg Schickel, I don't know how he keeps his black GTS so swirl free but he does it himself and will happily share the info. Maybe he will read this and pipe up.

I've had pretty good luck with 3m IMPERIAL Hand glaze followed by One Grand Blitz wax......You can find the 3M stuff locally..... I got the Blitz wax from Larry over at car care specialties online or something like that....His site also has tips for washing and waxing.... http://www.carcareonline.com/

Ditto Tom's sentiments about the 3M hand glaze. It's a wonderful product for removing swirl marks, as well as generally cleaning/polishing the paint. Just make sure to use long straight hand motions with it, NOT small circular motions. You'll be amazed at the difference.
