I'm curious too...

I'm sure it will bolt up fine.
The question is the fuel management.
Either the stock cis system can handle it, or not.

From what Quick Carl said, it seems like it works fine
up to a certain amount of boost, and then it gets tricky,
and you have to do some modifications.

So it seems like a low-boost, intercooled application,
should be pretty damn simple, and reliable...
Probably just a matter of bolting up the
supercharger, and plumbing, and a quick
readjustment of the fuel settings...

I have spent about $10K to make it happen for the 16v cars but just haven't been able to find the time to finish.

Well...... I assume that you are talking about a twin-screw system since that is what this thread is about. . The 16v top end isn't even close to the 32v topend. For all practical purposes it may as well be a different car. The position of the sparkplugs and their relation to the ports makes it very complex to do something similar to what I have done for the 32V cars. Some of the parts will fit, most parts but the manifold. I have built the new design of intercooler for the 16v and have enough IC parts, minus the cores, to make about 11 setups......well shoot, I just had a revelation....

LOL...let it crash. My internet was down for a week not too long ago and man did I get a lot more work done. For a few of those day my phone was down too.....talk about productive
I am now ready to receive 140 PMs. I just now figured out you can download them to make space for new ones.

That question changes daily. While doing the TB/WP I also indexed the cams. I didn't feel comfortable pulling the intake, injectors etc with the camcovers off, I was afraid of dropping something on a cam or getting grime in there.
Anyway I am going to button it up when I get covers back from being coated, drive it for a week while making sure everything is buttoned up real good then tear down for SC. I for got I was out of town for a week earlt March so the second week end in March is the date.

Two areas I am looking at are-

I am upgrading to the GTS oil breather system and I imagine this changes some of the line work you have prefabbed.

I would really like to see where you are at concerning the intake through the stock radiator shroud.

I received the pulley Monday and forgot it at the office but I think you already sent me that particular one so you might be getting a present in the mail.
