Who knows, ask my wife thats her department. All I asked the builder for was a 3.5 car garage with 3-single doors (so my wife will park straight and no get close to my cars insuring 24"between each car) with a ceiling height of 14' enough for a 2-car lift. I had extra drains added so that I can wash the car in the winter and a gas heater that would not take too much space and was mounted close to the ceiling. 220 line with lots of 110 outlets, hot and cold water lines at both ends of the garage and insulated garage doors.I wanted service lights under the third bay flush with the floor pointing up, but they said it was a code issue. I havent had time to see the rest of the house yet but I will get to it and get the builder info for you.
