Default FS: 78 or 79 MY NOS Clutch Intermediate Plate

I'm cleaning out more parts and I have an intermediate clutch plate for a 1978 or 1979 Porsche 928 up for sale (P/N 928 116 033 03). Want $300 for it. $400 also gets you an original design rear clutch disk that I also have (dont have the front). That's about half of what these items cost new. I don't have a old bugger, so no need for them. Came in a lot of mixed 928 parts I bought about a year ago.

Currently listed on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7947952564

I'll end it early for a Rennlister.

My appologies to 928 International for borrowing their picture temporarily since my own pictures were corrupted. It will be replaced tonight with actual pictures.

Regards,
JE

That's my buddy Thilo's thumb in his old S4 during an Early AM Autobahn run a couple years ago. It takes some huevos to snap a picture with one hand while you are going 180 MPH. The car was later wrecked when some dumbass was weaving in and out of traffic in a 911 and clipped him in the rear quarter while they were going about 100 MPH. He's now driving Hans Stucks former factory ride (Guards Red/Black 928 GTS 5-spd).

I thought the avatar was great, but the story is even better!

Takes some big kahuna's to take a picture at 180mph with one hand. And a crystal clear picture to boot.

You are welcome.

Still trying to get fully settled in and sort and store all the freeking parts I have, and ship some others out to people I owe them to. When that's done, life will be a little less hectic.

Also, I'm finding that heating a glass house is a nightmare.

Thanks,
JE

Thilo is a superb driver. Gave me my first lesson in what a 928 can do on the Nurburgring. The man was nearly flawless in a cool methodical and almost mechanical flogging of that hallowed ground. I, on the other hand, nearly crapped my pants.

Just curious... were the three cars in front of you when that pic was taken also doing 290KPH?

I wasn't with Thilo at the time, but I recall he said the car directly in front of him was a C4S and it was doing that and more.
