Oh yes, I have done this before...and would you believe...on Louis Ott's car (snapped of two bolt heads in the bell housing) Boy was I embarrased.

Louis had it fixed in no time though.

Well I can work on those bolts once the engine AND bellhousing are out. I'l be able to use any wrench that I want after that....and I now have a large variety of 19mm wrenches, as well as the "bolt-outs" for stripped bolts.

Then again, why should I even both with those bolts if I don't need to?

One word... Murphy. You should do it because you have the motor out and you know there's a problem. If you don't, Murphy is going to come along when you have it all put back together and crack your bellhousing or otherwise force you to take it off. If you DO address the issue, then you will probably never have to touch those bolts again. But, if you do, at least you'll be able to get the bolts off.

Have fun with those!!

BTDT-> Those cool looking devices are WORTHLESS! Let me explain: You have a bolt that is so tight that your wrench rounds off the corners and ruins the fastener, now you take your mean *** looking bolt-out tool and complete the destruction of the bolt but it is still tight and in place, and you end up drilling it out anyway. <-BTDT

Let's hope you're wrong. I'll work on those bolts once the engine and bellhousing are out. I'll be able to get a much better angle on them and soak them from all sides with PB Blaster.

The only stuff left to do before the engine comes out are the motor mount bolts, the power steering lines and the wiring in the fuse panel (per the WSM)...and Dremel off that last exhaust bolt.
