Heinrich, I agree with you. According to shipping company, sender should file the claim. However Buyer already filed the claim, and was denied . Shipper (me) contacted shipping company and got them to reverse their decision (in order to expedite things), and shipper (me) sent shiping company a fax to pay buyer instead of shipper. Keep in mind, all of this took place before I received the damaged MAF..

John could supply hundreds of good references from Rennlist alone. I don't think you could find ONE unhappy customer - not even one. This, on an internet forum, where everyone gets a big can of ***** that they usually wouldn't have.

Also - keep in mind 928ers, John does business here, he is not a hobbiest visiting the site.

I don't think that Mr. storch could supply as good a record in his professional record as John could - just a hunch. Maybe I should take a look.
