OK...I have so many irons in the fire not to mention on-going hurricane repairs, I have decided to abandon my track car project - and offer it for sale here first.
Damn Near EVERYTHING you need...just put it all togehter and add a few necessities, and hit the track...

Body - '79 EURO - MOSTLY STRIPPED - TERRIBLE paint job (clearcoat flaking) - Roller - 5-speed - with 4-slot wheels/tires mounted.

Engine - '85 EURO (310+HP!!) - very recent TB and WP, BOTH Computers, Rad

Additional - Set of Koni/Eibach's, '85 brakes and spindles

$4000 takes it all...Offers/interesting trades considered (944, boat...etc)
Will consider delivery/assistance.

Mark, I am really close on this one . I have been reading and pondering your post for a bit now.

Is it all race prepped (roll cage, fuel cell, etc.?). Any photos?

Edit: Is the tranny the newer or older style? How many miles are on it, and what condition is it in?

It is NOT RACE PREPPED....Or even assemb,ed. The roller is...well - a roller. No engine. The engine has NOT been installed or wired. It is PROJECT!

Tranny is in the roller - I have never personally run it - so I can't vouch for it. I bought it as a roller and stripped most of it.

I take it the engine has all of the ancillaries to install it and run? How many miles and what condition is it in? Thanks

how much for the engine and wiring and rad??

Fan - the wiring harness is not completely removed from the car. There are a couple of connectors I still need to pull through. All the normal wiring on the motor is intact.
The value - as you know - is in the motor. I want $3500 for the engine, and I'll throw in the rad.

mark, how many miles are on the engine? Also, will my auto tranny be able to work with that euro S engine??

the engine is supposed to have around 50kmiles in it. The guy I got it from just had a TB & WP done - 10 days later - he got t-boned! The odo showed 48,xxx. when I pulled the engine.

This enigine is for a 5-spd....but I am PRETTY sure it is just a bell housing changeout from your old engine. You may want to post that question - as I am not 100% sure.
