r/r windshield reservoir?
I've got a windshield reservoir that is suspect and am getting ready to install Andy's SC kit sometime in December. Anyone BTDT on the washer reservoir r/r? Is it worth the peace of mind to swap out for a new part (and do all the necessary plumbing on the part uninstalled, rather than under the car) compared to what I assume to be a lot of aggravation to r/r?

You cannot do the plumbing changes on the reservoir without removing it anyway.......Pull the one you have out and inspect it.It is not that hard. Take the wheel well liner out, remove the fumes canister and unbolt the stainless strap that holds the reservoir in place. Disconnect the filler neck extension and dissconnect the wire harness' as you work the reservoir out of the fender well. It will be easier to do it if it is empty. Unscrew the headlight washer pump when you can, in the process of getting the res out of the fender, and the fluid will drain out quickly.
BTW carefully check out the new plumbing work you do on the res before you put it back in, including filling it up and running the new pump. Ask me how I know you should do this..............
