In defense of Sean, I purchased a 928 from him which had alot of maintenance issues the PO did not disclose. Sean refunded me his profit plus $500. I'm going to say he's a stand-up guy.

I've been pretty open minded about Sean's ventures. However, when I see three or four "Sean Car" vehicles on Ebay from all over the country, I lose my objectivity. there is no way that he has checked them all out. Then I see a car that has been on Ebay 3 times. Now it's a Sean Car. Whatever works for you dude....

IMHO: if you buy one of these vehicles it means that you haven't researched the market. Sean doesn't have any special info, he just monitors the market more closely and then moves on any inefficiencies that he can find.

if you check out his web site it will answer all our questions. Seancar.com I think. The deposits required for buying the car is his take. So find out who has the car and buy it from the owner and save a 1000 or 2000.
This is not an endorsement, my feelings are that he does the advertising on several different sites for the lazy owner and makes some money for his work. I think he advertises the cars by what the owners tell him about the car, and he rarely ever see's the car. Buying a 928 because its a "seancar" is a mistake if you think its made it past some PPI by Sean.

Well somehow I think that was either tongue-in-cheek or otherwise joking ... anyway the hirn can be silenced by pulling the horn relay. If that doesn't work, reach in under the passenger's fender front and pull whatever wires you find.

OK, fine. If you happen across a cherry '93 GTS in silver metallic over grey, or Iris Blue over grey or cashmere, drop me a line.

Most people advertise for what they would like to get and as was mentioned often will sell for something less which makes them less happy but not so much less that they offended. All part of negotiation a deal. Some people like negotiating some do not. Many 928s probably sell for 75-80% of the initial asking price. . . Merchandising ,merchandising........ the power of the Swartz (from Spaceballs the Starwars parody).
