Grounding Nology Ignition Wires
Nolgoy 'hot wires' two part question:
why, if the Porsche engineers didn't do the capacitor/grd with the OEM ignition wires why does Nology. There's no grd strap on the coil to disti Nology wire!
where, for those of you who have procured & installed the Nology ign. wires did you grd?............ to the valve covers?
For those of you who do not have these wires, yes there's a very evident 'spark' between the grd straps and the valve covers!!!

Done...............no more light show under the bonnet/hood, performance gain???..............price diff between the big 3, not much but as was the norm on a previous poll, I distribute the spend $$$ between the 3..............looks, I got the 'red' set, each to their own.
Now what else can I do..............cabin fever and its only Nov 7...............tfs

Re-vamp ignition parts
Was curious as whether it is worth recycling the 16 year old spark plug caps and disti caps with new wires? Can someone advise resistance values of each!
If rebuildable I'll do so and add to the 'for sale' pile.
Talking of which what is the correct protocol?............I saw some other posts where the originator crossed swords with the almighty admin.
