Default corvette rims

My friend was going to give me his factory set of 5 start rims from his 2000 corvette. Would they fit on the 928? The front rims are 17 inch x 8.5 inch and the rears are 18 inches x 9.5 inches. They are the 5 bolt pattern. I guess I really just have to find the offset of the rims, correct??

I do not think the bolt pattern is a match.

I would start with the BOLT PATTERN - It is HIGHLY doubtful that it will match up....5-bolts ain't 5-bolts!

They will not match up, not even close. I have a picture somehwere of my 928 on a lift with my friends black GS 17" corvette wheels in my wheel wells. Looked cool, not the same bolt pattern.

Thanks for the info guys! Too bad they won't fit. They would have looked pretty neat.
