Default Cheap clean 88 on E-Bay

Seems like a nice car w/ free airfare. No affiliation, I just saw it on there.

Nice. Very nice. Personally I am not into schwarz but indeed I could easily overcome that minor dislike for the gorgeous interior, generally great shape and low miles. Wow.

Cool Good Buy

Looks like a very good deal to me. Interesting to think that if after arrival, if you found defects on the vehicle, and decided not to buy it, I guess your on your own getting back home

I think that the Note on there about Buy It Now not being a guarantee of sale is B.S. !!! That tells me that the guy is not being straight up on the deal. I don't give a damn if other people are looking at it at one time. If I click But It Now and pay with Pay Pal... It's Mine! My Opinion... Must be an Airline Employee or have lots of Frequest Traveler Miles built up. I also don't think that you could go But It Now and show up and not take it. May be some clause in there.

Beautiful grey/green interior.

I can only guess how much it will sell for when XNFL has it relisted...

You f'n A I did. Just saw it, not my color for interior but I would have liked to have it anyway.

Eventually another one will come my way and I'll pounce when the time and money is right.

Could make for an interesting experiment...

Info from eBay, for posterity's sake:
Price: $8450 USD
VIN: WP0JB0924JS861142
LIC: MARLEY (Is that a Kentucky plate?)

Vehicle Description

FREE AIR FARE* SEE DETAILS BELOW This is a 1988 S4 with 89400 -89500 miles. It is a two owner vehicle with service records from Porsche. This car has a rating of 316hp ...6 sec. 0-60 time and a top speed of 165 mph. It was the supercar of its time. Original sticker of $70K. The options on this vehicle are: Heated seats, rear a/c blower, ABS, cruise, dual pwr seats w/3 position memory, pwr mirror, central locks, windows, sunroof. It has the original Reno Blaupunkt stereo, tool kit and spare with air compressor.

Vehicle Condition

The vehicle is excellent for a 1988 model. The car is not a perfect museum piece but a really nice daily driver. The paint is a 7. Its all original paint with the exception of the bumpers, the bumpers have been refinished. The car does have two very very small dings...only on the passenger side and are very hard to see...A paintless dent remover quoted $175.00 to remove them. There is a very very small inperfection in the front drivers lower fender which is very minor and is easliy fixed.(see photo)...$180.00...The hood has a small stain or wax damage under the clear coat which is very minor. The spot doesnt bother me but I feel I should disclose everything about this car I can. The Interior is a 9.5 ............(see photos)....A/C is cold and the heat is hot>>>

The engine runs perfect....The transmission is perfect...newer exhaust and converters all original..This car is very clean... even underneath....The tires up front are excellent and the back ones will need some attention in the next 5000 miles. This 928 has been unmolested and is just how it was received from the showroom floor..All stock with no modifications. Oil (synthetic), filters and all belts recently serviced and or checked. This car is ready to drive.

The winner: XNFL is from the Pittsburgh, PA. area. He is a dealer so we will see it on ebay in about a month. Look for the asking price around $14 - $15k.
