Just to let you all know that we had a good time tonight. Rob in his "blown Beast" stopped by and I must say it is a very nice ride. Going to be tremendous when its done. Keith tooled his new GTS down and that car is loaded. Super clean car. Voytek, Perx and myself all with 87's. Voytek's and Perx cars in exemplary condition. Thanks again guys and hope to meet up again soon. Oh and then to Jennifer ( Keith's lady) for tolerating all the shop talk.

Yo, Joe, that was fun -- thanks for setting it up. How about blown beast?! Guess we'll have to supercharge one of ours now.

Any close-ups of the white car on the left in the picture? Please?

Joe and Perx - it was great idea. We always learn from such events, even as small as this one.
Pierre,
I wish You could see that black car everyone is looking at. Ron has changed auto transmission to manual, changed compression ratio, added 16PSI supercharger, flared rear fenders and created the monster that should be painted for Sharktobetfear! But Keith's white car is supper clean - all leather inside including the roof liner. Keith is already thinking what to change on it!

It was great to meet all of you and talk shop for a while...especial being that I have been under the hood (and everywhere else for that matter) for the past year. It makes all the work worth while when you get around all the great people that enjoy this car.

Keith, You got yourself one very nice GTS. All the negative talk about one Williot Car Seller has me thinking I don't care what others say...but do care what they do...and brother they sold you a perfect example of the GTS.
P.S Keith....the parts we found in the tire well are for a bra. That explains why the paint is in such good condition and the name of the octane booster is ( Toluene )

Defintely a lot of fun even though there were only a few of us. Always good to get together with other sharksters. Thanks for all the compliments on the car! Didn't get a chance to see Dougs car cause he took off early. Voyteks car is always clean and sweet and Rob, well, bro that car is awesome! Love the way it sings, no wonder the Twin Turbos run the other way Can't wait to see you again at Sharktoberfest. Thanks for all the info guys!

Joe, thanks for calling it all together! GET THAT TT issue resolved!!!

Ron, I thought for sure you would be there last night.

Funny thing, we got onto Beach Blvd to head home and we saw a super clean black S4 pull into a gas station right on the corner of Beach and Yorktown, so I wheeled the GTS in. Thought it was you Ron, but it turned out to be some guy who is a 928 freak and doesn't know about SOCAL, Sharktoberfest or any of the 928 happeneings in so Cal. His license plate says PURE928. The car is a garage queen and has 32K on it...he has had it for 12 years...the car looked like it just left the showroom! I think he will be at Sharktoberfest as we had talked for a while and he appreciated us stopping.

Jason...I will PM you...thanks for speaking up!

Pierre...go to GTS for close ups.

I would have been there with bells on if I had stayed current on my e-mails and watching Rennlist. I didnt have anything to do Saturday night. Just sat around!! Thats great you found another 928 guy. I never seem to find them when I am out an about. Whats funny is a guy from the mag. lives two blocks down from Yorktown and beach and I was just there. In fact my Jag sat in his garage for two days. Gotta stop, I am frustrating myself.

Thanks Dave.

Jason...Thanks again!

Jason let me know some info that he found out about the car before I got hold of it. Looks like I will be doing a TB/waterpump job on the car this week for safe measure. One week with the car and I am diving right into the 32v! Looking forward to it!

OK Keith... now that we're talking about your new shark...

This car is near perfect! I have seen it first hand here in MO. He has a nice survivor thats unmolested
its basically a one owner, the doctor had it since 95. 5-speed GTS is bad a$$!!!

Joe, sorry I can't wait, I will be removing stuff for powder coating which this is a great time to do. If you want a good write up on the procedure, check John Pirtle or Tony Harkins site. They are more extensive than I am on procedures! I will probably be referencing their work to do mine!

Dave, the engine bay is "so so", not much to look at, but I will have before and after pictures of this weeks work.

Jason, you are too kind. Big thumbs up to you!
