strange email UPDATE AT BOTTOM

last nite (before my isp died) I tracked the email header to Amsterdam... the ip block is blank except for 1 static addy registered in Amsterdam... and during tracert it dies on a relay trying to leave NA for Europe... hmmmm

Open a savings account set-up for a your kids (no fee or minimum balance) and let the branch manager disable the debit draft option. If you dealing with an "potential" international buyer they cannot touch your account unless they want to wire you the money. By federal regs they cannot wire out of your account (if you did not authorize it your bank will responsible and subject to a huge fine). Always use extra caution. And if it sounds too good .........
