Water Temperature sensor install
really requires that you have the water "bridge/manifold" out for the install due to the shavings.
1) Autometer electric water temp guage of your choice (1/8 -27Npt fitting)
2) an 11/32 drill bit to drill the hole
3) 1/8-27npt tap
4) a vice and a steady hand!
5) and probaly some thread sealant for good measure.
It took me all but, oh, 20minutes to install this? There is a nice flat area just aft of the the small coolant line. See pics.
Living in Vegas here and installing a SC i wanted to have a better indication of what the engine temp was. Now i should be able to relay to you all what point on the "stock" needle is what temp!
next, oil an tranny temp.

Does that look right?

Looks good Tony.
Are you going to install air temp sensors in the manifold too?
Man.... you gota get that system on already. I think some of you guys may be just kinda afraid of how fast your cars are going to be.
Let me kinow if I can help with the tanks and such you need welded. I am getting a bunch of .125 and .063 aluminum water-jet cut tomorrow, and will be visiting the welder later this week.
