Hmmm... well, I can only confirm what happened in my case. I followed the instructions to the letter, and ended up with great results. No dew or liquid of any kind came near the stuff during the cure cycle. If your friend let it get rained on before it cured, I can understand his frustration. Anyway, no complaints here.

Dave-

Thanks for the update. I've been toying with getting a bottle of this stuff. It's nice to hear the long term update. I guess it might be time to get a bottle or two of that stuff. Just curious, do you recall, are there any temperature limits where the product need to be applied? It's starting to get pretty cool here in Michigan, just want to know if I can procrastinate another month or will I have to wait till spring. Also, how much of that bottle have you used on your shark? How far will a bottle go?

Andrew,
Excuse me for butting in .... but I am : The RejeX literature recommends a 50F-85F range, so hopefully, you can continue procrastinating ....
"How far will a bottle go..." The product applies like any cream/liquid wax: Using a small cotton applicator (to minimize absorption wastage), I have applied two very thorough coats to each of the 3 cars listed below plus the front half (cab) of a Toyota T100. Amazingly, I've only used 1/2 of a bottle!!!
The 928s are slippery smooth and literally sparkle: A light dusting with a "California Duster", and I've almost eliminated car washing.
As to procrastinating .... I better get on with RejeXing the box half of the T100 ....

Thanks Garth!

Dave... what he said! I used a larger cloth, and probably put the RejeX on much thicker than I needed to. I went through maybe 1/3 of a bottle putting two coats on my car. At that rate, I'm using ~$6 every two months or so. I'm going to cut down my applicator so I waste less, and put it on thinner next time.

I put one coat of Rejex on the 993, and I used maybe 1 ounce, and the shine is incredible!

A little bit goes a LONG way.
