For thos os you who have supercharged your engines, is there a difference in the car's handling when driving around town? In other words, when stuck in traffic, or on small streets, does the engine feel more labored, or non linear in it's performance? IN otherwords, does the flow of power feel like a normal engine just more powerful?

That is the beauty of supercharging as there is absolutely no change from stock while the engine is under vacuum such as cruising around town or out on the highway.
Once you floor it though, make sure you do as Blown Beast suggests!

As both Lag and BB state, virtually no change from stock.
I just drove from Los Angeles to Atlanta, 2200mi in about 36 hrs in a '87S4 220,000 mi, Autorotor MX422 and Intercooler. Averaged 75-80 mph on the highway, and got about 19mpg with the AC on about half the time. Automatic transmission. On one tank traveling through the Mojave climbing from sea level to around 5k ft altitude and 100+ degrees it got about 16.5 mpg. On another leg in NM it got over 20mpg.
On a related note:
I bought this car for $6700.00. It had a prety good service history with the original engine 216,000mi. I installed one of my intercooled Autorotor systems. I didn't even check the compression or change the spark plugs before I did it. I ran it on 91 octane sucking hot air from under the hood with IC water heated from a 100mile freeway drive to the track. I made 4 1/4 mi runs each getting a few tenths faster until I had to leave and had run a 12.7.

With the superchargers you are adding 50-75 lbs to the front end of the car which is not ideal but also not a huge negative . Just think how different your car handles full tank of fuel or 1/4 tank . Watching Andy spin his rear wheel from one corner to the next at the Streets of Willow , it seems it handles fine !

Considering the 33+ lbs. of crap that gets pulled off while installing Tim's kit. I guess the front end is maybe 25 lbs. heavier? No difference cornering, other than needing to pay strict attention to the position of one's right foot through the corner...

As far as weight...
I have weighed my whole system packed in a box. It came in at 75lbs including 5 lbs of packing material. But the stock manifold is removed ~14lbs, stock crank pulley ~3lbs, stock air box ~8lbs, stock oil filler neck ~2lbs and probably a few other things I can't think of. So the net increase is less than 50lbs and 80% of that, the SC, is behind the front axel.
I think a non-intercoled Jag/Eaton setup would not add much if any weight.

I have driven mine in stop and go traffic on a pretty warm day. You would never know there was "something special" under the hood......95% of the time it is a mild mannered beast, just as it has always been. 4% of the time, it goes like a bat out of hell, 1% of the time it scares the hell out of ME......
