Dan's "upfixing der 928" photo has always scared me. Is that a CABRIOLET conversion? Looks like it has a soft top....other photos of the completed project?

Choose save as in photoshop (or other programs) they should give you a quality/compression option for jpg's. Knock it down to about 9 or 10 (out of 12 usually) On most pics, this will not be a noticable loss but save a ton in overall size. Most of my pics are at 9.
