Default Quick question for Mark Kibort

Do you, Mark Anderson and the other 928 racers in the US run stock windscreens or lexan / plexiglass?

Thanks,
Pierre.

I think nearly every one runs stock glass windsreens Mark A. does ...... the thin glass is not terribly heavy and resists scratches ...Plex is not legal . Lexan / polycarbonate is legal in the correct thickness for most clubs but tends to scratch and is NOT street legal .

Jim's right. lexan doesnt save much at all, as you have to run 1/4". stock glass is very durable and easy to maintain. get some scratches in the lexan, and you have some big issues. plus, I still street drive the car. glass is the way to go.

Thanks Jim, thanks Mark. That's what I suspected, just wanted to be sure.

Cheers,
Pierre.
